He spent most of the past 15 years of community service working with youths, and was conferred the prestigious 2017 Excellent Youth Award and Meritorious Youth Awards (2010, 2012, 2017) by the People’s Association.Dr Syed Harun AlhabsyiVisiting Associate Consultant Psychiatrist of Institute of Mental Health, Council Member of National Youth CouncilDr Syed Harun is a Visiting Associate Consultant Psychiatrist at the Institute of Mental Health and also a Council Member of the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS). He was presented with the ‘Most Inspirational Story’ Commendation Award at the Singapore Youth Award 2019. Dr. Loke Wai ChiongClinical Director, MOH Office for Health TransformationDr Loke Wai Chiong leads the Integrated Health Promotion (InHealth) programme of MOH Office for Health Transformation, which aims to implement integrated and coordinated initiatives concurrently in test precincts, to co-create with the community an environment and community norm which would make health-promoting behaviours the default.
