[Children's Season 2020] Shadow Puppetry Workshop, 5 Dec (Online)

Description
5 Dec | 10am

Shadow Puppetry Workshop [Online]

Ages 4–6

$15 per kit

Come learn about the importance of family and friendship in this storytelling workshop inspired by ACM’s heart-warming monkey family sculpture.

Make your own monkey puppet before the workshop. You will then have the chance to recreate scenes from “The Monkey King” story, while manipulating your puppet.

Unleash your creativity as you explore storytelling through shadow play, by learning the fundamentals of shadow puppetry and puppet manipulation through your very own Little Monkey puppet.

The workshop will be conducted over Zoom and an email link will be sent to all participants in advance.

Reminder: Before the workshop, make your own monkey puppet using the kit provided. You’ll then have the chance to tell your own story while manipulating your monkey puppet!
