With nearly half a decade of working UX, Sian Ng has been a UX Manager, UX Lead and a UX Consultant in various companies. In ZALORA, she was a UX Manager and was responsible for managing and executing the full spectrum of UX work there. She worked with product managers and developers to highlight customer pain points and design user-centric solutions. Her day-to-day work included implementing UX systems and processes such as design principles, UX metrics framework (HEART framework), workflow with product management, and design reviews. She also introduced design studio methodology and led ideation sessions.
