This zazen meditation session is about being in a space where you can be yourself and observe, focus and connect more deeply with your being and the world around you.
Everyone of us want to live well, happily and peacefully. In reality, we understand that life can be stressful. There are so many things to do, so many expectations to meet and yet such limited time. Do you feel overwhelmed and stressed? Are you having trouble focusing? Are you running many thoughts in your mind when you try to rest and relax?
In this Sight Zazen Meditation Series, we will share and teach on meditation through the visual channel.
How will you like to be aware and in control over your state of mind? How will you like to be clear and transcend the barriers in your mind? How will you like to be focused and yet conscious of what's going on at the same time?
This is a space to be you, to be with yourself and to connect more deeply with your centre. As Allan Lokos, founder and guiding teacher of the Community Meditation Centre in New York City, once said:
