Therefore, the opportunities of presenting the latest results and communicating with each other, for in particular young researchers including PhD students, have been highly limited. The International Symposium on Porous Materials 2020 (ISPM2020) will take place at regional sites and via online during November 6-7, 2020. The symposium is intended to provide a forum for researchers in East Asia to discuss recent developments in research and applications of porous materials including zeolites, mesoporous materials, MOFs, and so on. We have successfully organized the ISPM2019 in Tokyo. The symposium will consist of plenary lecturers, invited lectures and general oral presentations by young researchers and students. The symposium aims at promoting the fundamental and applied studies on porous materials. We hope that this symposium will be the start of strengthening the relationship among East Asia, and building a next generation network.Registration Fee (on-line payment by credit card)Participants from Japan General 10,000 JPY Student: 5,000 JPY*All registration fees are nonrefundable. The fee includes:・Admission to all presentations・Access to all abstracts When you complete the registration and payment, the link to this symposium, Cisco Webex, will be informed.By completing the registration, you shall be deemed to have agreed to the Participant policy.Further details including payment method will be announced later. Venue: ISPM2020 will take place via online Cisco Webex (Host up to 200 participants)Participant policy· Participants must comply with researcher ethics regarding the handling of any pieces of information presented by speakers.· Only the registered person can participate in the presentation, and it is strongly prohibited to disclose the information obtained by the participation to a third party by posting it on SNS (e.g., Twitter).· No photography, videography, or other recordings (including screen capture/video/audio) is permitted from the viewpoint of protecting copyrighted works and intellectual property.· Participants should check the operation of Cisco Webex before his/her online presentations to ensure the session goes smoothly.· If an attendee violates the participant policy and/or acts disturbing the research presentation, the organizing committee reserve the right to disqualify the attendee and prohibit re-entry.· The application for participation should be made on understanding and agreement to the above participant policy.Organizing committee / CorrespondenceJapanToshiyuki Yokoi, Associate Professor Nanospace Catalysis Unit, Institute of Innovative Research, Tokyo Institute of TechnologyE-mail: yokoi@cat.res.titech.ac.jpToru Wakihara, Professor Institute of Engineering Innovation, School of Engineering, The University of TokyoE-mail: wakihara@chemsys.t.u-tokyo.ac.jpChinaXiangju Meng, ProfessorDepartment of Chemistry, Zhejiang UniversityE-mail: mengxj@zju.edu.cnKoreaMinkee Choi, Associate Professor Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and TechnologyE-mail: mkchoi@kaist.ac.krTaiwanKevin C.-W.
