Welcome to the 8th edition of IRORI online! The guest of the week is Igor Voroshilov, a self-taught entrepreneur. Igor has sped-up his product development with No Code tools, and this week he is happy to share his learnings.IRORI is a traditional fireplace in a Japanese house. Like the "irori", this event series' focus is to delve into deeper and practical subjects with experts invited as guests.Speaker of the week:Igor Voroshilov - CEO of LikePay, Inc.Here’s a message from Igor!“I launched a startup in Tokyo while being a student. Currently, I am the CEO of LikePay, Inc.As an entrepreneur, I started with 0 knowledge about doing business, developing the product, and marketing that.And I had to learn all of that just by doing.One of my duties as CEO went over management and I had to build a website. This is how I met NoCode.With this new superpower to build without coding, I developed websites for all of our services and then even started doing that for clients.In just several months I mastered my skills not only in web design but also in building complex systems with NoCode. Today I am launching a learning platform for NoCode to empower Japanese creators to build websites and apps.My journey:In 2012, I went to Moscow State University faculty of Global Studies. After learning Japanese there, in 2015 I went on an exchange semester in Sophia University and then got back to Japan for a Master's degree at The University of Tokyo in 2017. Then while being a student, I started a company and it is what I am doing now.My mission can be expressed as "Give superpowers to people" and I follow this mission in everything I do.” - - - - - - - - - - - - 8回目のIRORIイベントへようこそ！ IRORIシリーズは、まさに囲炉裏の火を囲むように、起業に興味のある方が誰でも参加できる語り・アイディアシェアリングの場として開催しています！今週のゲストは、LikePay, IncのCEO、Igor Voroshilovさん。No Codeツールについて話します！ロシア出身で大学在学中に東京で起業、その中でNo Codeツール（コーディング無しでサービスを開発できるツール）を知り、魅了されたそうです。実際にLikePayのサービスも一部No Codeツールを使っているそう。Igorからのメッセージ：「私は大学在学中にLikePay, Inc. を創業しました。当時はビジネス、プロダクト、マーケティングなどの経験が全くなく、全て実際に手を動かしながら独学で学んで行きました。CEOという役職でしたが担当はマネジメント以外にも及び、その中でウェブサイトを作る機会がありました。No Codeという概念に出会ったのはこの時です。プログラミング/コーディングができなくても様々なウェブサイトが作れるようになり、これでお客さんがつくようにもなりました。数ヶ月勉強する中でNo Codeツールを用いればウェブデザインだけでなく、少し複雑なサービスも作ることができると知りました。そして、日本人向けのNo Codeツールの学習プラットフォームを作ることにしました。私のミッションは “Give superpowers to people”. どんな活動の中でもこれを忘れずに取り組んでいます！」Igorは元々モスクワ市立大学の国際関係学部を卒業（留学で上智大学にも通っていたそうです！）、2017年に東京大学の修士号取得のため来日。在学中にLikePay, Inc.を創業。今週もみなさんとお話できるのを楽しみにしております！
