★ABOUT THIS ONLINE TALK

Many financial institutions, companies, partnerships, agencies, clubs and societies have been used as conduits for money laundering and terrorism financing activities. Accordingly, reporting obligations have been imposed on reporting institutions to comply with the provisions of AMLA 2001. Join us for this online talk in which our speakers will identify who falls within the ambit of ‘reporting institutions’ and discuss the reporting obligations imposed on these reporting institutions.
