Let's support small craft sake breweries who were hit by COVID19!"Let's hear the stories through online and ask questions directly with the sake brewery while drinking the sake made by the brewery!Let's have fun and learn together! Let's support small sake breweries nationwide! This time we are featuring the oldest Sake brewery in Fukushima, Yamaguchi Gomei sake brewery! Fukushima is known to be a great sake producing prefecture, receiving more awards than other prefectures on sake.We are featuring a microbrewery, probably the smallest production in Aizuwkamatsu! The brewery used to have 1600 tsubo size brewery but now it’s decreased the size to 65 tsubo. Tsubo is Japanese areal measure, 1 tsubo is 3.3 m2 or 35.5 ft2, so 65 tsubo is very small...!Sake set will be different by season so 4 bottles is sample image.Sake tasting bottles has not been decided yet since he wants to provide the fresh sake tasting set. So if you want to know, please ask us before the event. He is thinking perhaps 4 bottles with masu and a snack.
