SINCA online discussion 「どんな仕事がしたい？」  新型コロナやテクノロジーの進展、気候変動などの影響で、労働市場の状況や雇用だけでなく、個人が働くことや仕事をどう考えるか、もかなり変化しているようです。このような状況はこれから続くと思われるので、この辺りで、皆さんのやりたい仕事について考えてみませんか。自由にご自分がやりたい仕事、働き方、場所などを考えてください。それを皆さんに持ち寄っていただき、小グループでまずディスカッションをしてから、各グループからのレポート、そして全体ディスカッションをしたいと思います。　Future of workは、新型コロナ以前から、いろいろな会議でよく議論されてきました。（Future of workで検索するとたくさんのレポートなどが出てきます）　　さらに新型コロナで物理的な移動が難しくなる中、テクノロジーを活用すれば国境を超えることはとても簡単で、その気になれば、世界のどこででも働くことができる「新たな自由」が得られる可能性があります。　それでは自分のやりたい仕事は何なのか、それで生計が立てられるのか、やりたい仕事をするために、何が必要なのか、などを考えてみませんか。　今週末は４連休ですから、ゆっくり休んで・遊んで？、リフレッシュする中で、このテーマを考えてみてはいかがでしょうか　【参加にあたってのお知らせ】１．セッションはすべて英語で行われます。２．定員40名。先着により申込を締め切らせて戴きます。 定員に達した場合はご容赦ください。 　３．セッション中の様子を写真・動画で撮影いたします。後日、 セミナーレポート等に活用する可能性があります。 ご了承ください　Design your job/workstyle! The next SINCA session will take th form of breakout discussion followed by report back and general discussion. The topics is job/workstyle you want. It will be on Sunday, September 27 ad 8:00 pm.   Wth Covid-19, technological transformation and climate change etc. not only the labor market and employment has been under going tremendous transformation, but many (of you, probably) have begun reexamining the work/job for yourselves.  “Future of work” has been discussed extensively at conferences and seminar even before Covid-19.  (In fact there are many reports/survey etc. if you search under Future of Work.” So let us take this opportunity and think about what type of work/job you would like to have, as the volatile world is expected to continue.  We would like each one of you to think of the job/work style you pursue, where you would like to work etc. before the session.  We will form small groups of 4 or 5 so that each one can share job  of their choice first, After the discussion in small breakout groups,   each group reports back their discussion to all the participants and we will have general discussion with all at the end. 4 day weekend is coming up and you can relax, rest and/or have fun.  While you feel refreshed, why not give some thought to the work/job you want.  (Note)1．All session will be conducted in English.2．The maximum number of participants are 40, so if the total numbers of applicants exceed 40, we cannot accept the application.3．We will take the pictures and video throughout session, and we may use it on SNS or HP.
