Jonathan is also a JMEC lecturer and project client. Sharing from his extensive experience as a start-up founder, with business successes and failures, Jonathan will in his presentation explain 10 common start-up fallacies or mistakes when trying to build a business—and how to avoid making the same mistakes yourself. His presentation will be followed by a Q&A—and you will have ample opportunity to ask questions about his presentation and other issues you may want to discuss related to starting and building a business. Jonathan is the Chair and Founder of Xenon Ventures, a private equity firm focused on the acquisition, acceleration and exit of high-margin software as a service (SaaS) companies. Previously, he led Exceptional Cloud Services (acquired by Rackspace), Rightscale.com, RightSignature.com (acquired by Citrix) and RightCart.com (acquired by Buy.com). Jonathan currently lives in Tokyo with his wife and eight children.
