Guys,We are bringing the mats to Wavehouse! All day beach, sun, music, food, sports.We have a flowstrong class starting at 11 - with only 30 slots, first come first serve. We may add a second FlowStrong class if demand justifies it.  Just indicate "add another session" in the form.General admission is free, and that means you won't be rolling or attending a flowstrong session. You may purchase independently for Wavehouse activities.  Registration will be allowed on the day itself. Holler!!11 AM - FLOWSTRONGGet stronger with movement, mobility and flow.
