Mixtures of blanco tequila, triple sec, house spiced tomato juice, lime juice, honey syrup, ginger beer, lime, chrysanthemum gin, chartreuse gentiane, beauty syrup, orange bitters, tonic water, and lemon sufficient for 1 pax.This workshop is only for participants ages 18 and above.About Jekyll & HydeEstablished in 2013, Jekyll & Hyde is a whimsical cocktail bar located in the heart of Singapore. Is there a non-alcoholic version?While the workshop’s focus and ingredient pack will feature the alcohol required to make the cocktails, the recipe card and lesson will also cover mocktail versions of the two cocktails in this programme. Alternatively, you might want to instead participate in our memory workshop or pub quiz, both happening on 18 September. 2. I have food/drink allergies. Can I swop out some of the ingredients?Unfortunately, no. Please refer to the ingredient list above to be sure. Please let us know any allergies you might have in the Peatix form when you sign up for the workshop as well.  Alternatively, you might want to instead participate in our memory workshop or pub quiz, both happening on 18 September.3. What does the $25 workshop fee cover?The fee covers (1) Ingredients for two cocktails sufficient for one person each (2) Courier fees to your home (3) Virtual workshop to learn how to make two cocktails. Please note that by signing up for the workshop, you agree to allow ACM to pass your name, contact number, and address to Jekyll & Hyde, and another third party for courier and mailing services. Delivery will be made on Thursday, 24 September, after 3pm.4. What else is required to participate in the workshop?A tall glass, a short glass, a spoon/stirrer, ice cubes, a knife, a chopping board, and the Zoom app. If you don't have the specific glasses, you can use any mug/cup/glass you have at home. You will need the Zoom app downloaded on a desktop, tablet, or mobile phone, with working camera and audio functions. The app is free to download here. A day before the programme starts, a link will be sent to each registered participant with the meeting ID and password details. Please download the Zoom app before the programme to prevent any delays. 6. How old must I be to participate in this workshop?This workshop is strictly for ages 18 and above.
