Windows 95 ManはDJ、PEU名義でのライブユニット、映像作品に出演するなど、積極的に活動しているフィンランド人のエンターテイナーである。既存の物に反逆する彼は、昨年フィンランドの首都であ るヘルシンキで催されたFlow Festivalにおいて、その独創的なスタイルのDJにより世に広く知られることになった。本名であるTeemu Keisteri名義では'Why not'、'No rules'といったモットーの元、Ukkeliと呼ばれる空想上のキャラクターを描き続けている。今回で3度目の来日となり、彼自身今までで最高のDJとライブパフォーマンスが出来ると自信に満ち溢れている。
