Snacks are also provided.About this camp: This hands-on holiday camp explores how the outdoor environment offers children opportunities to engage creatively with the natural world through facilitated, art-based learning experiences. Taking place over four mornings (10am – 1pm), the camp will begin each day with a walking tour in Gillman Barracks, where nature will provide the inspiration for the creation of their own artwork, both individual and collaborative. Children will be encouraged to observe, discuss, play and reflect, and collect leaves, seeds, branches, twigs, foliage, flowers and more to respond to the daily theme.Side Note: Kindly note that you will need to purchase an admission ticket if you wish to stay at the Children’s Centre for Creativity after 1pm. Please note that tickets once purchased may not be refunded. However, it may be transferred to other programmes of the same value, subject to availability. Tickets may be transferred or reimbursed in full if the workshop is cancelled or postponed by Playeum.
