Born in the heart of Africa, Zimbabwe, she has felt a connection to nature and sound at a young age. As a dancer and DJ, Vanessa traveled all over Africa, Europe and India, where I played alongside many international acts, performed for many reputable brands, hosted a radio show, appeared on various publication covers and headlined notable big stages around the world. Her passion for music has led her to study Advanced Music Production and the piano.In 2018 Vanessa travelled to Bali and ended up staying for 2 years as she began working as a Gong practitioner holding space, ceremonies, rituals, women's circles at the Pyramids of Chi. Vanessa is currently in Cape Town teaching online and reconnecting with her home land.
