Learn the most important aspect of jumping - landing safely. We will cover various jumps like standing, running, leg swing, and precision. We will then learn the different ways to vault across obstacles by coordinating jumping with arm support.Description: Each group class is an introduction to basic human movement skills such as crawling, balancing, running, climbing, lifting, carrying, catching, and throwing. Each class will focus on different skills to establish a solid foundation that will help you progress to more complex and intense applications.Fee: S$30 per person. Discount if you bring friends. Bundled classes available ($25/class for 5 lessons; $20/class for 10 lessons). Free for first-timers.Suggested attire: Comfortable workout clothes (that can get dirty). Wear leggings if you might get itchy from contact with the grass.
