SINCA Online Dialogue ”あなたはどちらを選びますか？”先日開いたSINCA Online Dialogueがとても興味深かったので、この形で次回も開催します。今話題になっているテーマを５つ選びました。それぞれブレークアウトグループでこの中のテーマを少人数で１時間弱ディスカッションしていただき、その後全体で集まり、各グループからディスカッションした内容をレポートします。それから、全員でディスカッションします。全て英語です。テーマ候補は以下です。１。キャッシュレス・消費者還元などのプログラムは、6月末で終了しましたが、各種カード、マイナポイントなどが登場しています。キャッシュレスをこれからも続けますか２。Yahooが副業する人を100人募集しています。他にもこうした動きをしている企業があるようです。興味ある会社が副業で雇うといったら、応募しますか？３。九州で大雨の被害が出ていますが、台風シーズンはまだこれからです。災害に備えて準備をしていますか？４。GoToは東京が除外されてしまい、ちょっと？という状況ですが、Go toが活用できなくても、、国内―例えば沖縄や北海道などーにいく計画を考えていますか？５。レジ袋が有料になりましたが、エコバッグなど持参していますか？ブレークアウトルームで１時間弱、少人数でディスカッションするガイドとして、例えば以下のような時間配分をしてはいかがでしょうか。簡単な自己紹介、リーダーとレポーター決定10分テーマの問いかけ、質問に対してイエスノー、その理由10−20分その後は例えばテーマを掘り下げて、できないのはなぜか、何があったらできるか、などをディスカッション（20分）まとめ（５分）【参加にあたってのお知らせ】１．セッションはすべて英語で行われます。２．定員40名。先着により申込を締め切らせて戴きます。 定員に達した場合はご容赦ください。 　３．セッション中の様子を写真・動画で撮影いたします。後日、 セミナーレポート等に活用する可能性があります。 ご了承くださいSINCA On line Dialogue on July 26 Following interesting and exciting discussion on current topics in breakout groups on July12, we will host another SINCA online dialogue session on Sunday, July 26. We have selected topics which are often discussed lately, as we found that people find it easy  to discuss current topics in small groups. The topics we are planning to have include1.    Campaign to promote cashless by the Ministry etc. ended at the end of June. New campaigns with a variety of cards and Mynapoint are starting. Do you plan to continue your effort to go cashless?2.    Yahoo announced to recruit 100 people for the second job(more like project, it seems). Other companies seem to start similar approach to hiring. If the company you are interested recruit people for the second job, do you apply?3.    Heavy rainfall in Kyushu made severe blow to the area.  We are now into the typhoon season. Are you making special preparation for extreme weather etc.4.    Tokyo is excluded from Go to Campaign. Regardless of this change, do you plan to go to places in Japan, such as Hokkaido and Okinawa?5.    Bags we used to get free of charge at stores are now charged.  Do you bring eco bag etc.? to respond?For the breakout group sessions, we prepared following guideline for time allocation. Brief introduction and selection of dscussion leader and reporter(10 min.) Sharing of your response (Yes or No) to the issue of the topic(10-20 min.) Deep dive to the reasons & actions (what are the difficulties, how we can solve them etc.) (20 min.) Summary/wrap up (5 min.)(Note)1．All session will be conducted in English.2．The maximum number of participants are 40, so if the total numbers of applicants exceed 40, we cannot accept the application.3．We will take the pictures and video throughout session, and we may use it on SNS or HP.
