We experience it in varying degrees. Sometimes its that tiny flutter in our belly, warning us of potentially bad times to come. Other times, it’s a squeezing of our chest, the inability to draw breath, the racing of our heart. For some of us, anxiety shadows us as we carry it around in our daily lives.Picture this: If Anxiety had a face, what would it look like? If Anxiety took physical shape and form, how big, how small, how colourful, how messy would it be?In this workshop, we will explore how the multi-modal arts such as drawing, painting, movement, music and drama can help us cope with these feelings of anxiety. While we cannot eradicate it, we explore how the arts can help us minimize the size of our anxiety by establishing a communication with it.Price:On-line: $10 (adult), $5 (student)Date:Sat 14th Aug, 7.30om - 8.30pmAll proceeds go to the youth beneficiaries’ programmes at Acting Up.Note:This workshop is therapeutic in nature.
