This is the **Early-Bird Registration** for the Vocab@Tokyo Conference.The Vocab@Tokyo international conference on vocabulary research and learning will be held at Meiji Gakuin University in central Tokyo on September 12-14, 2016 in co-operation with the JALT Vocabulary Sig. The Vocab@Tokyo conference will gather the world’s top vocabulary researchers to share research and discuss the latest trends in pedagogy.Early bird registration (May 31 - June 30) - ¥18,000Early bird registration-student (May 31 - June 30) - ¥9,000Registration Notes:Students registering with the reduced rate will need to bring evidence of their student status to the conference (e.g. student ID card).During the registration process, you will be asked to input an email address that we will use to contact you about important updates on the conference.Main authors of papers submitted to the conference will be asked to input their abstract ID code. If you are a main author, please have this ready. If you have not submitted a paper, you can ignore this.Once you register, you will get a registration "ticket" confirmation sent to you by email together with an instruction to access your "ticket" via a cellphone app. Please save the email notification (for reference) but ignore the "ticket" and the app as we will be logging the registrations directly. If you download the app accidentally, you are welcome to delete it.The deadline shown on the right is extended to account for various time differences.
