Photoshop (Photo Manipulation) Workshop

This introductory hands-on workshop focuses on basics and the art and technical of photo manipulation. Participants will be able to learn theoretical and technical skills of photo manipulation software through an interactive registration-only Google Meet session. This is a kids-friendly workshop!

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to leave with a digital artwork of their brainstormed ideas. This is a beginner-friendly workshop. No pre-requisite familiarity or technical knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is required. Everyone is welcome! However participants are encouraged to have Photoshop on their own PC (trial or full) to follow the tutorials during the session. Participants will be given trial link to the software. Everyone is welcome!


Registration fee of RM 15 is inclusive of e-certificates given upon completion.

Target Participants

Participants may range from minimum 13 years and above with no prior experience in Photoshop or would like to sharpen their photo manipulation skills. Limited to 25 participants maximum.

Mr Simon is currently a PhD candidate in a private institution in Malaysia. He is passionate about preserving culture and promoting traditional arts to the younger generation. Simon believes that creativity has no boundaries. He obtained his first degree in Advertising and Master in Science (Creative Multimedia). Currently he is pursuing PhD in Social Science in a private institution in Malaysia. He teaches occasional workshops on design and creative thinking for cultural heritage. He is a cat lover.
