Supported by Japan Pork Producers Association, we managed to have the 3 course cooking class using quality Japanese pork with attractive price! You will not only listen what chef teach, you will also participate in cooking! You will learn menu below, - Tonkatsu (breaded, deep-fried pork cutlet) - Demo - Yasai Nikumaki (vegetables wrapped in thinly sliced meat) - Hands On - Soboro Don (sautéed Pork Minced Meat on Rice) - Hands On Followed by lunch where you will have occasion to share and discuss the merits of your preparation with other attendees, Tonjiru ( soup made with pork and vegetables, flavoured with miso) -Bonus Recipe (Japanese pork meat is used for all above) menu Let’s cook and itadakimasu!Please note that we seek your cooperation to fill in the survey of pork in the end of the class. About Culinary Instructor Mako: Mako is culinary instructor and event coordinator of Team Spoonful. Previously, Mako had a career teaching in both cooking studio and school, about cooking but also as an educator of culinary matters. She is also an experienced event coordinator, assisting regularly other F&B professionals such as Chef Yamashita’s regular cooking lessons. Nevertheless, Mako’s class is always full of smile!
