See the funny side of life from the sisters’ perspective!FEATURINGKRISTEL ZWEERS (NED)Singapore-based Dutch comedian Kristel Zweers kick-started her comedy-career by winning the second prize in the Dutch Lucky Strike Comedy Talent Tour in 2001. In the years that follow she performs on about every comedy stage there is in Holland. As one of the few female comedians she manages to survive the harsh comedy scene, becomes a regular head-liner and tours Holland and Belgium with 3 of her own 90 minute solo-shows. Kristel just did a successful round of shows at the 2016 Perth Fringe.JOANNA SIO (HK)Joanna Sio is an improviser and a stand-up comedian. She was a performing member with the Amsterdam-based comedy group Easylaughs and has performed stand-up and improv comedy with the People’s Liberation Improv at TakeOut Comedy HK. She is the Runner Up at the 2012 HK International Comedy Competition, becoming the first female comedian to achieve such accolade. She has performed live stand-up in Australia, Canada, India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and the Netherlands. She was invited to perform in the Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2015 to be part of the inaugural Comedy Zone Asia, a showcase of established and emerging comedy talents in Asia.SHARUL CHANNA (SIN)A trained actor from La Salle College of the Arts, and a Communications Graduate from the University of Buffalo, Sharul is one of the most sought after talents in Singapore today. She is also Singapore’s first ever Indian female stand-up comic and a versatile event emcee.She has also been on TV regularly for various series on Channel News Asia, commercials on AXN and also for documentaries on MediaCorp Channel 5. A brilliant comic actress, Sharul has been seen in productions like Rafta Rafta and We are Like This Only (HuM Theatre) and Rub My Antenna (Complete Communicators). As a comic, Sharul has shared the stage with some of the top comedians in the world. HANNAN AZLAN (MAL)Hannan is the new darling of the KL stand up comedy scene. Her comedy set is as unique as it gets. SHAMAINE OTHMAN (MAL)Shamaine Othman dove into the world of stand-up comedy in July 2011, performing at Time Out KL’s Comedy Thursdays. On her way to carving her name as Malaysia’s next big female stand-up comedian, some notable stand-up comedy stints include Comedy Kao-Kao, Laugh Syndicate and Super Kam and The League of Extraordinary Femmes. Shamaine is also a member of sketch comedy group Projek Disko Baldi and improve comedy troupe, AIIA Improv. She has also written for TV & stage and past works include Kisah Kita,Opera Sabun., The Disko Baldi Show and Kam..In Your Face 2. Recently Shamaine directed two short films, Love Story and Cuak for Garang Pictures.
