Held jointly with Smitten Specialty Coffee and Tea, this intimate 2-hour workshop will guide coffee enthusiasts through a farm to cup coffee journey. Participants will get to learn how coffee are grown and processed at farms, and the different types of coffee available in the world. They will also better understand the process of coffee roasting and how coffee flavours can be changed with different roasting styles.They will then experience a cupping session to taste 3 different coffees, and will be guided to look out for what makes a good coffee, and what makes a undesirable coffee. The final part of the session will be sharing of some simple brewing methods that coffee enthusiasts can easily try out at home. They include the Aeropress method, the V60 method and a cold brew method.No prior knowledge on coffee required, just bring along your passion and interest for coffee!
