Sally cut her agile chops at Microsoft, where she worked as a technical web person for over 20 years. Her agile experience spans a variety of industries, from high-tech to telecom to financial to airline. Sally is a co-founder of multiple Lean Coffees, enjoys organizing agile conferences like LAST, and speaks internationally.Joshua Lai is an avid Agile practitioner and project manager, who has more than 17 years of IT development and project management experience. He managed and delivered software products/projects for land transportation, healthcare, retail, telecommunication, education and government sectors. Joshua now works for Thales Digital Factory, as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master. He trained, mentored and coached many agile teams with Lean-Agile thinking and methods, Scrum framework and XP practices, and conducted numerous product envisioning workshops and agile training for his customers and colleagues. He likes stirring up discussions with his firm belief that tech problems don’t exist, but people problems do. He strongly believes in the human aspect of technology. Since joining McKinsey, he increasingly coaches CxOs in becoming the leaders they need to be in today’s VUCA world.
