Facilitated by Artistic Director Kuik Swee Boon and T.H.E Dance Company’s full-time dance artists, this five-day intensive offers professional and semi-professional dance artists an immersive experience of the Company’s philosophy and methodology. The programme consists of the following segments:10:00am - 11:30am: Daily technique classes conducted by 5 different main company dance artists, inspired by the “Hollow Body” practice.11:45am - 1:15pm: “Hollow Body” workshop with Kuik Swee Boon and Anthea Seah, where the body is explored as a vessel that carries one’s thoughts, emotions and energy.*3:00pm - 6:00pm: Various excerpts from T.H.E’s repertoire of original choreographies by Kuik Swee Boon - PheNoumenon, Invisible Habitudes and Un-form - taught by the different main company dance artists.^Sign up today and join us in experiencing the freedom of the human expression in movement, all within the comfort of your own home. Pass A: Full summer intensive Pass B: Repertoire - Excerpts from PheNoumenon, Invisible Habitudes and Un-form Pass C: Daily technique classes + "Hollow Body" workshops Pass D: Daily technique classes T.H.E Online Summer Intensive will be conducted via Zoom. The online meeting link will be sent to participants 3 days before the first day of the programme.Notes: *This segment is followed by an optional discussion and feedback session from 1:15pm - 2:00pm.^Participants will be assigned to different breakout rooms to learn four out of six unique excerpts of the above-mentioned repertoire during this segment from Monday to Thursday. Friday’s session will be a sharing of what participants have learnt.
