Andrade theorizes that doodling helps you to concentrate because it requires enough cognitive effort to keep you from daydreaming, and helps you to pay attention to what is going on around you. In other words, one of the benefits of doodling is that it helps you to anchor your attention and stay engaged instead of zoning out.4 Ways this Program Helps You :Helps you concentrateKeeps you calm and productiveHelps Spur Creative InsightsA creative outletHelps you learn betterWho Should AttendWorking AdultsHigh School StudentsUni StudentsParents, Teachers and LecturersAnyone who would like to learn a new skillWhat do you get?Upon sign up, you will receive a free guide book for all our sessions.
