He brings 30+ years of experience in medical device industry with strong global emerging markets track record. Earlier, Shikharesh worked with GE Healthcare as Director Strategic Marketing in a global role and was responsible for introducing best practises in pricing, training delivery, customer oriented product development process and portfolio rationalisation. He was responsible for successful distributor alignment and new brand strategy implementation for Philips Medical and has worked in various regional sales and marketing leadership roles with Philips and HP. He holds a Bachelors degree in Science and an MBA from the National University of Singapore and is a speaker in MBA circuits.
