She started her career in financial industry; prior to joining CBRE, she has worked for MUFG Bank, UBS Global Asset Management and Fitch Ratings.John Cook, Senior Director, JLL TokyoJohn is a Senior Director providing multi-disciplinary real estate skills to corporate clients for Markets (Tenant Consulting & Leasing) and Project & Development Services (Design & Construction) in Japan.  His role covers strategic consulting, workplace strategy, technical due diligence, development advisory and project and construction management. John has over 30 years experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction and Project Management. In the past 15 years in Asia he has successfully managed and overseen over 5m sft of transacted and constructed commercial office space in Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo and Osaka.  Recent large scale client projects in Japan include McDonalds, Continental, Adidas, HPE, Societe Generale & MSD.Other penelists  and programee will be announced in due course.
