★SPEAKER


Diana Cheak graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University of Malaya in June 2013. She commenced her pupillage in MahWengKwai & Associates under the tutelage of Mr Raymond Mah.

Diana was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2014. Upon admission to the Malaysian Bar, she joined MahWengKwai & Associates as an Associate. Diana is also a Certified Mediator and is empanelled as a Mediator with the Bar Council Malaysian Mediation Centre.

Diana continues her practice with MahWengKwai & Associates in the areas of labour and employment law, general litigation and corporate and commercial litigation.

Janessa Kok graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Liverpool in 2014 and completed her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2016. She read in the Chambers of MahWengKwai & Associates under the guidance of Mr Richard Wee and Ms Sarah Kambali.

Janessa was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in December 2017. She continues her journey in this legal profession with MahWengKwai & Associates.

Her portfolio includes employment law, corporate law and general litigation, in particular, contractual disputes, family law and debt recovery.
