＊本作品は入退場自由の作品となっております。*Re-entry unlimitedダニエル・コックとルーク・ジョージの二人によるパフォーマンス・インスタレーション。相手との共通性に気づき、緊張をゆるませ、人と共にいることへの欲望を解き放つために、コックとジョージはマクラメ編みや船員結びや中国結びによって、ロープで拘束し、集団でいることの相互的な体験を作り出そうと考えた。〈Bunny〉とは縄で拘束された人を意味する隠語である。この作品は、「（劇場にいる）みんなが〈Bunny〉になったとしたらどうなるだろうか」という興味から作られている。『Bunny』はザ・サブステーション（シンガポール）及びキャンベルタウン・アーツ・センター（シドニー）との共同制作であり、そしてまた、オーストラリア・カウンシル・フォー・ジ・アーツ、Abrons Arts Centre（ニューヨーク）、The Playking Foundation（オーストラリア）、シンガポール国際基金、ナショナル・アーツ・カウンシル（シンガポール）、タンツファブリック（ベルリン）の後援を受けている。A performance installation by Daniel Kok and Luke George. In order to unravel shared lines of connection, to suspend tension and to unleash collective desires, Kok and George look to macramé, sailors’ knots, Chinese knots and rope bondage to weave together an interactive experience of collectivity. “Bunny” is a nickname given to the person being tied in rope bondage. In this work, we ask ourselves this question: What if everyone (in the theatre) is a Bunny?“Bunny” is co-produced by The Substation (Singapore) and Campbelltown Arts Centre (Sydney), with support from the Australia Council for the Arts, Abrons Arts Centre (New York City), the Playking Foundation (Australia), Singapore International Foundation, the National Arts Council (Singapore) and Tanzfabrik (Berlin).ダニエル・コック（シンガポール）インディペンデントに活動する振付家。劇場における「観客性」と「関係性」の探究を作品のテーマとしている。2005年から2010年までザ・サブステーション（シンガポール）のアソシエイトアーティストを務めた。2008年にナショナル・アーツ・カウンシル（シンガポール）からヤングアーティスト賞を受賞。2009年にシンガポール・アーツ・フェスティバルに委嘱されて制作した『Q&A』はエジンバラ、リスボン、香港、ベルリン、ウィーン、バンコク、横浜、ソウル、モスクワをツアー。2011年の『ゲイ・ロメオ』は、ヨーロッパのダンスネットワークであるエアロウェーブス（Aerowaves）の「Priority Company」に選出され、これまでベルリン、東京、リュブリャナ、モスクワ、ブリュージュ、シンガポールで上演されている。また、nadine（ブリュッセル）、ワークスペースブリュッセル（同）、パクト・ツォルフェライン（エッセン）の支援のもとに制作した『Cheerleader of Europe（ヨーロッパのチアリーダー）』（2014）は、チューリヒ、ブリュッセル、ベルリン、シドニー、ボボディウラソ（ブルキナファソ）で上演。さらに同作品はウィーンのインプルスタンツ・フェスティバルの若手振付家を紹介するプログラム[8:Tension] に選ばれ、参加した。そして、2015年の3月に初演された最新作『PIIGS（ピーグス：欧州重債務国）』は、Nationales Performance Netz（ドイツ）、マキシム・ゴーリキ劇場、さらにEUの文化プログラム〈Life Long Burning〉の支援を受けたワークスペースブリュッセルの三者との共同制作によるチアリーディングのチームを組むパフォーマンスである。ポールダンサーとしても意欲的な彼は、2012年のSGポールチャレンジで勝利し、2013年のポールダンス世界選手権でシンガポール代表として決勝に残った。そして、ベルリンの「8月のダンス／ダンスナイト」フェスティバルのプロジェクト『X-コリオグラファー（X-Choreografen）』に参加した際には、ポールダンスをもとにしたコンテンポラリー作品を発表している。また、2014年にはエスプラナード（シンガポール）、コバルト・ワークス（ベルギー）、ゲーテ・インスティチュートとの共同制作によって、アルコ・レンツ（ベルギー）及びアイサ・ホクソン（フィリピン）とコラボレーションをおこない、ペアのポールダンスによる作品を生み出している。Daniel Kok (Singapore)Daniel Kok is an independent choreographer whose artistic research explores relationality and audienceship in the theatre. He was an Associate Artist of The Substation (Singapore) between 2005 and 2010. In 2008, he was the laureate of the Young Artist Award from National Arts Council (Singapore).His creation “Q&A” (2009), commissioned by Singapore Arts Festival, has also performed in Edinburgh, Lisbon, Hong Kong, Berlin, Vienna, Bangkok, Yokohama, Seoul and Moscow. “The Gay Romeo” (2011), selected as Priority Company for the Aerowaves European Network, has performed in Berlin, Tokyo, Ljubljana, Moscow, Bruges and Singapore. “Cheerleader of Europe” (2014), supported by Nadine, workspacebrussels and PACT Zollverein, has performed in Zurich, Brussels, Berlin, Sydney, Bobo- Dioulasso in Burkina Faso and the [8:Tension] platform of the ImpulsTanz festival in Vienna. His new creation, “PIIGS”, which premiere in March 2015, is a cheerleading team performance co-produced by Nationales Performance Netz (Germany), Maxim Gorki Theater (Berlin), and workspacebrussels within the Life Long Burning cultural initiative of the European Commission.Also an avid pole dancer, he won the SG Pole Challenge 2012 and represented Singapore at the Finals of the International Pole Championships 2013. His contemporary pole dance creation was presented as part of “X-Choreografen” (2012) in the Tanz Im August /TanzNacht festivals in Berlin. In 2014, he collaborated with Arco Renz (BE) and Eisa Jocson (PH) to create pole duet “ALPHA”, co-produced by Esplanade (Singapore), KobaltWorks (Belgium) and Goethe Institut.ルーク・ジョージ（メルボルン）受賞歴多数の振付家、パフォーマー。タスマニアで育ち、現在はメルボルンを拠点にしている。メルボルン、シドニー、シンガポール、パリ、ニューヨークなどでおこなわれているアーティスト・イン・レジデンスやコラボレーションやパフォーマンスを通して、国内外のアーティストや観客と交流し、インターカルチュラルな実践もおこなっている。そして彼は新しいパフォーマンス作品を実験的な創作過程から生み出していく。パフォーマーと観客との間に新たな親密性と関係性を探ろうと、大胆な試みをおこない、時々変わった手法を用いることもある。世界の中で人々と一緒に存在するとはどういうことなのかについて、思考や行動を促すために、あえて創作手段として分断状態をつくったりもする。なお、彼は単独パフォーマンスも他のアーティストとのコラボレーションも両方おこなう。作品はオーストラリア国内で広く発表され（ダンス・マッシブ、ダンスハウス、アーツ・ハウス、ネクスト・ウェーブ・フェスティバル、パース現代美術館、キャンベルタウン・アーツ・センター）、国外ではフランス（ランコントル・コレグラフィック・アンテルナショナル［セーヌ・サン・ドニ県］、フェスティバル・アールダンテ［パリ・バンブ劇場］、Festival Parallèle［マルセイユ］）、ノルウェー（Oktoberdansフェスティバル［ベルゲン・BIT Teatergarasjen］、Sandnes Kulturhus［サンドネス］）、オランダ（ノールデルゾン・パフォーミング・アーツ・フェスティバル［グローニンゲン］）、日本（神楽坂ディ・プラッツ［東京］）、米国（チョコレート・ファクトリー・シアター［ニューヨーク］、タイムベースド・アート・フェスティバル［ポートランド］）などの場所やフェスティバルで発表されている。Luke George (Melbourne)Award winning artist, Luke George is a choreographer and performer. George was raised in Tasmania and is based in Melbourne. George connects with artists and audiences locally and internationally/culturally through residencies, collaborations and performances, with activity currently taking place in Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore, Paris, and New York City.Luke George creates new performance work borne out of experimental creative processes. In his work, George takes daring and at times unorthodox methods to explore new intimacies and connections between audience and performers. He wishes to offer a space of creative rupture to provoke thought and action around how we can be in the world and with each other. Luke makes his own performance work and collaborated on works with other artists.George’s works have been presented widely in Australia (Dance Massive, Dancehouse, Arts House, Next Wave, PICA, Campbeltown Arts Centre), and internationally in France (Rencontres Chorégraphiques Internationales de Seine- Saint-Denis, Théâtre de Vanves/Artdanthé-Paris, Festival Parallèle-Marseille), Norway (BIT Teatergarasjen/Oktoberdans-Bergen, Sandnes Kulturhus-Sandnes) and The Netherlands (Noordezon Festival-Groningen), Japan (Kagurazaka Die Pratze-Tokyo), and U.S.A. (The Chocolate Factory eater-New York City, Time Based Art Festival-Portland).
