For this session we will focus on evasion and concealment. Coach Weili will share some techniques from his experience as a reconnaissance expert in the army. We will practice some movements useful for evasion like crawls followed by some combos. We will end with some group games to test your evasion skills!Description: Group classes are introduction to basic human movement skills such as crawling, walking, balancing, running, climbing, lifting, carrying, catching, and throwing. Each class will focus on different skills to establish a solid foundation that will help you progress to more complex and intense applications.Fee: S$30 per person. Discount if you bring friends. Free for first-timers.Suggested attire: Comfortable workout clothes (that can get dirty). Minimalist shoes (Vibram FF, NB Zero, Luna sandals, etc) if you have a pair.Miscellaneous: Bring snacks and plenty of water.
