He completed his Masters in Business Management specializing in public health in 2013.  In 2014 he established The KL Sky Clinic which focuses on wellness as a whole. Dr Roland has a robust passion in the field of preventive medicine and wellness, and strongly believes that “prevention is better than cure”. Currently he is actively involved in conducting health education talks, screening programs and weight loss and fitness management programs in Klang Valley. In his free time, he is a fitness enthusiast who believes in practicing what he imparts to his patients. He will be sharing his experience on how he founded and built the KL Sky Clinic brand with 35k followers that stands out from the regular clinics.  Mathilda Xavier; clinical psychologist and founder/director of MENTEM PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES and has been a practicing clinical psychologist since 2009. Her therapeutic orientation is mainly psychodynamic and cognitive therapies, but she also uses creative therapy when emotions and thoughts are too difficult to express with words. She believes in providing effective and individualized treatment for each of her clients. Apart from her clinical practice, Matilda is actively involved in psychosocial work for refugees and trafficked victims, and disasters, and has worked with Medecins Sans Frontiéres (Doctors Without Borders) and Mercy Malaysia, and continues to work with the International Organization of Migration, UNHCR, and Kumpulan ACTS. She will be addressing the psychological impact on doctors working in high stress environment and those making the transition out of clinical medicine. She will also be teaching basic coping techniques that you can employ on yourself.  We're very excited to run our monthly Medic Footprints event in Malaysia!
