Bombay Sapphire PresentsCantaloop リリース20周年記念パーティ &サラサファミリア ファッションショーハービー・ハンコックの名曲を大胆にサンプリングしてアシッド・ジャズ・ムーヴメントに火を付けた大ヒット曲「カンタループ」を収録し、ブルーノート初のプラチナアルバムを獲得した名盤『ハンド・オン・ザ・トーチ』がリリースされたのは1993年。 その20周年記念として特別来日するUs3 DJ Unitをメインに松浦俊夫、沖野修也(Kyoto Jazz Massive)、モーリー・ロバートソン、shiba(FreedomSunset)など日本のダンスミュージック・シーンを牽引して来たアーティストを加えたイベントを開催。Ketz & Tsutoはカンタループのサウンドに合わせたオリジナルな振付けのダンスを披露。 また日本に少ないビビッドカラーの天然石を使用し、人気急上昇中のアクセサリー・ブランド、サラサ・ファミリアが帽子のCA4LAのサポートを得てファッションショーを行う。 今年秋には全曲にラッパーを迎えた新しいアルバムとGoldfishなどによるカンタループのニュー・リミックスが収録される20周年記念デラックスアルバムが同時発売される予定のUs3。今回の来日公演ではその未公開の音を聞かせてくれるかも知れない！By sampling a legendary score of Harbie Hancock, Us3 made "Cantaloop" and released  "Hand on the Torch", the first platinum album for Blue Note Records in 1993. We will have a special event with Us3 DJ Unit from London and the top Japanese artists including Toshio Matsuura, Shuya Okino (Kyoto Jazz Massive), Morley Robertson and shiba (FreedomSunset).
