Shower facilities are available.About the Instructor Cheryl Lin has been in the fitness and dance industry since 1998. She has worked and taught in fitness chains such as Les Mills New Zealand, Fitness First and Clark Hatch International, as well as boutique gyms such as SWEAT. It was here she gained exposure to working with athletes affiliated with the New Zealand Academy of Sport, under the guidance of Jason Wheadon (former NZ Ironman competitor and Elite Sports Conditioning Trainer with High Performance Sport New Zealand). She is a certified instructor with Les Mills New Zealand, Fitness Australia and REPs NZ, and has worked with the following athletes in sports specific conditioning and injury rehabilitation:Nicola Browne, NZ White FernsLouise Milliken, NZ White FernsKayne Scott, Team Kiwi RacingWaikato U18 Development Squad, NZ TennisNorthern Districts, NZ CricketAmigene Metcalfe, Waikato BOP MagicShe has also danced for the Waikato Rugby Union, Suzuki New Zealand, Fusion Dance Company, and the Waikato University's Unity Dance Collective. Since relocating to Singapore in 2010, she has continued to further her learning in Nutrition for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, Plant Based Sports Nutrition with Brendan Brazier and Plant Based Nutrition with the Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy. Cheryl is currently completing accreditation withBarre Body Australia and Elite Sports Nutrition with the Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy.
