Balancing Training and PerformanceWe explore how careful lesson planning with structured warm up exercises can tie in with the choreography of dance studies, enabling dance classes to strike a balance between training and performance needs. Beyond syllabus work, occasional classes can be redesigned to work towards these goals. In addition, studies can be scaffolded and differentiated to meet the needs of the spectrum of students. This session will include sharing of pedagogy, involve participation, discussions and a Question & Answer segment.20 Jan (Mon) 10am - 12pm (2 hours)Workshop fee: $40About Cheah Mei SingMei Sing began dancing under the tutelage of Goh Soo Khim at the Singapore Ballet Academy.
