We demystify the garment making process further through making a pair of classic women’s pants & a custom designed sleeveless dress in this syllabus. Draft a pair of straight pants & understand how to use dart manipulation for design from your basic pattern blocks. Develop the skills you need to move on to more complicated pieces to create fit and dimension. Pick up dressmaking tricks-of-the-trade with our easy-to-understand lessons in small class sizes taught by friendly trainers! In addition to class hours, courses include ONE optional replacement class; additional studio time is charged at $10/hr (We suggest taking Sewing & Patternmaking Basic: Womenswear as a prerequisite, but it is not necessarily a requirement.
