What better way to celebrate Dydd Santes Dwynwen (Welsh Valentines Day) than a relaxed cheese and wine evening with fellow Welshies and friends? Dydd Santes Dwynwen is celebrated on January 25th, 2016. To celebrate the Welsh saint of love the St David's Society of Singapore will host a cheese and wine evening on Friday 22nd January at a central location (details will be emailed to you when confirmed) from 7.30pm. In addition to catching up with old friends, making new friends and 'feeling the love' we will be treated to wine (red and white) and champagne tasting from the very knowledgeable 'Wine Guru' and enjoy a great selection of Welsh cheese sourced especially for this event from 'The Cheese Artisans'. Wine Guru is a Singapore company ran by a delightful couple who bring a personal touch to the wine distribution business. They have built the company on a solid ethos of carefully chosen vineyards and a sincere willingness to offer the right selection of wine to complement or enhance any wine list or event. By attending this event you will have the privilege of not only tasting but purchasing their wine and champagne at wholesale price! Wine and cheese are the greatest partners and complement each other perfectly.
