It all began with the collaboration of music students from UCSI University's Music Programme. Consisting of musicians with different musical backgrounds and influences, Cyanus delivers a unique sound that is moulded by a variety of different musical flavours ranging from progressive rock, to jazz/funk and folk. As of mid 2018, Cyanus have composed and performed two originals, "Place of Place" and "Trueness", and had been invited to perform live on Malaysia's local radio station, AiFM.On the 30th of June 2018, Cyanus became the grand prize winner of #YSDAF2018’s Satellite Show, Battle of the Bands. Beating seven other bands at the finals to win RM 2,000 and a slot to perform at the YSDAF Finale, Cyanus took the crowd by storm with their eclectic and electrifying fusion sound. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ All purchases made are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
