The Rights of Employers & Employees In Respect of Termination

Conflicts in some workplaces are rife because of the lack of clear guidelines on the rights and duties of all parties. Employees and employers have rights as well as responsibilities that everyone must understand and respect.

Without clear guidelines on rights and duties, employees would face mistreatment from their employers. Work would also stall or slow down if people didn't know their duties in the workplace.
