His previous works include assisting in setting up the Kazakhstan Asia Pacific Trade and Investment Chamber in Singapore and assisting several start-ups on the corporate due diligence completion for their Seed to Series A fundraising. Now, his firm manages more than 100 companies with founders from across the world, advising on the corporate governance, corporate structuring, investor relation and sometimes, even business model issues.
