These workshops are organised to share the knowledge he has accumulated over the years, from teaching and coaching in prestigious institutions and companies all over the world. Since returning to Singapore, Mr Han has helped to conduct teachers' training in Indonesia, Bangkok and China.The workshops are open to dance teachers, and aspiring dance teachers (minimum age 18). Attendees are welcome to audit or come with dance clothes. Han Kee Juan began teaching in the 1970s and has since trained many generations of dancers including many prize winners in international ballet competitions as well as principals and soloists of internationally renowned companies such as American Ballet Theatre, Boston Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Pennsylvania Ballet, Houston Ballet, Miami City Ballet, Alberta Ballet and the New National Theatre Tokyo. His most accolated student is David Hallberg, Principal of the American Ballet Theatre and Guest Principal of Bolshoi Ballet and the Australian Ballet. He has directed the Arizona Ballet School, The Washington School of Ballet and was also a faculty member of the prestigious North Carolina School of the Arts. Mr Han is a Master Teacher and has been awarded 5 prestigious teaching awards.
