WEEK 1 Featuring 6 new works by:Royston FanMax ChenSubastian TanValerie KoonHannan in collaboration with HawMax Chen in collaboration with Alvin KohProgramme DurationApproximately 1h 30minsPHRASES 16 Following the successful inaugural production of the PHRASES series, PHRASES 16 will be a bold venture with 11 new works over two weekends by art makers from vastly different backgrounds and disciplines. Having subjected the sets design and audience position to the opinions of the art makers themselves, there will be an experimental nature to most of the works. The performance might involve elements of audience interaction, as well as shifting of audience positions between each piece. The performance will take place in a very intimate setting, with the performers at very close proximity to the audience. About PARAGRAPH PARAGRAPH is currently a collective of dance artists working in tandem for the purpose of making and performing creative contemporary works. We aim to share our inspirations with our audiences through strong collaborative work processes and bold expression of ideas; to become active contributors to the development of the local arts scene.
