Mindfulness for entrepreneurs, creatives and techies

The Hub Singapore provides a space, time and soon a community to support you finding more balance and cultivate mindfulness.

I am sure you have heard that there are many reasons why practicing meditation and mindfulness is good for you, but sometimes its hard to get started or keep to the plan. Join us whether you are new to meditation and mindfulness, want some support in your practice or just need to find calm and take some breaks from your busy day.

Starting in December | Guided meditation & Mindfulness sessions weekly:

On Mondays 1pm with professional practitioners from the Hub community alternating the sessions

Inis is a MeditationTeacher and B.E.S.T. Life Coach from SoulCentre Singapore. She conducts meditation trainings regularly and is also trained in Mindfulness with the PotentialProject Singapore, the leading provider dedicated to implementing a mindfulness approach to the workplace to create more efficient and healthier working environments.

Jennifer Davis is a psychotherapist, coach and corporate mindfulness trainer based in Singapore. She has incorporated mindfulness in her work with individuals and organizations since 1999. In addition to leveraging the benefits of mindfulness for effectiveness, productivity and positive relationships, she has also been Project Manager for three National Institutes of Health research studies investigating mindfulness-based health benefits.

Where: The Hub Singapore, 128 Prinsep street, The Breathing Space
Date: First session 7th December
Time: 1pm (Drop in for 20 - 30 minutes are possible)
Exclusive For Hub Members:
Dedicated Breathing Space: Take time out daily when you need or at 1pm daily for open sessions where you may meet and practice with others in our room especially for mindfulness, oh and napping overworked entrepreneurs!
