Through the creative process of using art, it aims to facilitate participants’ reconnection with parts of themselves through personal narratives to resolve conflicts, problems, reduce stress and increase self-awareness.  No art-making experience is necessary to participate, just a willingness to explore! Her clinical experiences includes working with various groups of individuals ranging from people with mental health issues to people with special needs, multiple disabilities as well as children coming from disadvantaged families to process through developmental trauma, loss and divorce. She has conducted art-making sessions, individual art therapy to group therapy sessions in the community, schools and social service organisations. ABOUT THE ORGANISERHere at Red Balloon Therapy, we believe that every person has the inherent capacity to heal and transform. We seek to promote mental wellness and healing through arts, therapy and nature. We provide art therapy services for children, youths and adults from different cultural backgrounds with emotional or psychological difficulties to identify and resolve their core conflicts. Our workshops combine art therapy, social emotional learning and fun to facilitate growth, change and healing.
