Beginning in a Mexican hospital on the boarder to Texas, continuing to a hippie journey in New Orleans, through the deserts in Nevada. This lead to a year busking in Rome all the way to the polar circle in Sweden where she temporarily lived in a horse stable, finally arriving on the shore of Danube in Budapest where her music took off. Eventually landing in Stockholm she set to work on an album soaked in the etheral freedom as well as the melancholic stories of forgotten lovers.The term Whipple refers to “Whipple procedure” an invasive surgery in which a lot of the internal organs are removed and recombined, symbolising her honest confession to the world, playing with the fact that she works as a medical doctor in her non-musical life. Livingstone Livingstone released its first album in 2013. Instead of touring in their native country, France, they decided to cross the ocean and tour in the US. The trio played 70 gigs across the south of the US during 3 tours in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Armed with this experience, they came back to France and released their second album in 2017, which received really good critics. The song « Help Me »from this album was chosen to be on the soundtrack of Snatch the series, released in 2017. Following this release, Livingstone performed in some big French festivals (Solidays 2016, Chorus 2017), and as an opening band for bands such as Truckfighters, Vintage Trouble, Blackbox Revelation, Sallie Ford, or Rover. The next album is planned for November 2019 (Noa Music / Alter K / WTPL), with a worldwide distribution. French artists such as Fred Chapellier, Didier Wampas or Gunwood took part in the album as guests. Devell is a new Dance Music Duo from Chicago, featuring Darrell James and Steven McIntosh. The name Devell is their celebrity couple name. Darrell + Seven = Devell. It was in 2008 Darrell and Steven met, and they knew that there was more to this then a physical attraction. They started dating and writing music together.They decided to write some fun, upbeat dance/pop songs from the City of House Music.
