And we know, successful people never achieve their goals alone.The event aims to bring together regional and global female leaders (mentors) to share their career experiences on what makes the good, bad and ugly. Each mentor will offer a short term mentorship programme to one of the selected attending mentees. The Women's Leaders Mentorship initiative welcomes any aspiring leaders of tomorrow to learn, share and critique on navigating the complex corporate hierarchy. The initiative also look to fund young aspiring leaders of tomorrow to scale in their career or personal development through education on topical courses such as digital learning, personal presence, business/presentation skills or any other curriculum that will help enhance their career development and/or employment opportunity.
