Poetry Reading curated by Abby Latif will take on an experimental participatory format. There will be poems placed on each table, for audience members to select and read. Audience members can also bring their own favourite poems to share with others. We will have a featured poet to recite his/her own piece after the sharing session.The Sinhalese is a beautiful heritage bar: comfortable, quirky and intimate. It also makes for a great sharing session for poetry. If you've never participated in an open mic before, or read in front of an audience, this is your chance.
