Katt and Sara’s Christmas Adopt a family fundraiser. Where: Aster Hall 2407 Avenue C North Saskatoon Saskatchewan When: December 5, 2015 from 10:00am to 4:00pm Why: We want to raise money to help families afford Christmas who otherwise couldn’t. We hope to raise enough money to adopt more than one family this year. This is great way for our community to come together and have fun. Tables: $35.00 (6 foot table, chairs included) plus a donation to the silent auction or bake sale. Baked goods need to be packaged in half dozen portions. You can find cute packaging at the dollarama for a reasonable price. Payment for your table is due by November 15th. To reserve your table please pay as soon as you can. We are hoping to get more handmade goods instead of home based businesses. Some businesses will still be allowed. If you are getting this information than we have approved you as a vendor at our sale. We hope you have fun. Payment: There are two payment options. The $35.00 fee can be emailed via email money transfer to Katt Beckstead at kattroseb@Hotmail.ca. Please use Christmas as the password. Or you can pay cash. If you choose to pay by cash please email kattroseb@hotmail.Com to set up a meeting time. The donation will be collected the day of the show. Remember the earlier you pay the table fee the better. Vendors can start setting up their table at 9:30, doors will open at 10:00 to the public. Please do not start taking down your displays until 4:00pm. We get the hall at 9:00 am. Advertisement: We will be posting adds on all the free sites ( www.kijiji.ca www.usedstoon.com www.saskatoonsuperads.com www.buyselltrade.ca/Saskatoon ) and paid advertising with the Saskatoon Star and Facebook. We have found the most successful craft/trade shows are advertised by word of mouth. So, please tell your friends and family where you will be. Tell your co-worker’s. Silent auction: The auction will open at 10:00am, vendors are welcome to place bids. Auction will end at 4:00pm if you won you can take it home after paying the bid. Customers who won will be phoned and asked to pick up their item. Mini mani’s: I have a variety of nail polish colors. We will have a table for manicures (putting paint on nails) for $5.00 each. If I can get face paint and an artist, face painting will be offered at the same price $5.00 each. Steak night: Vendors are welcome to purchase tickets for the steak night. We will send information about the steak night. We are very excited for this fundraiser. This is our first time hosting an event like this. Thank you in advance for all your hard work.
