Choose from a Laptop sleeve (13’’ or 15’’), Roll-up Brush/Tool Holder or 16” square throw cushion cover to exhibit your customised artwork!Part 1: Textile Design with The LOOMs NOV 7th or 21st Saturday 10am - 1pmAppliqué & Basic Embroidery (NOV 7th)Grow your little patch of blossoms with basic shapes, fabric and thread. Learn to appliqué & embellish your blooms with straight and stem stitches.ORPaint and Shapes on Textile (NOV 21st)Have loads of fun playing with shapes to create a surface design uniquely yours. Learn how to transfer the design on fabric using textile paints.Part 2: Sewing Workshops with Fashion Makerspace NOV 22nd or 29th Sunday 10am - 1pm- Laptop sleeve (13’’ or 15’’)Make a simple sleeve for your Laptop! A life-long student of Art, a maker, an educator and costume designer, Nasyitah often imagines transformative potential of common materials and can be found bent over her sewing machine amongst a pile of fabric and bric-a-brac in her home studio when she is not teaching.
