Earn Your Armour (Singapore) Challenge 5


Participate in free basic MMA drills and bodyweight workouts conducted by Under Armour SG Brand Ambassador, Royston Wee at Clifford Square by Fullerton Bay. Throughout the challenge, you will gain encouragement and training tips from both trainers, who will be with you every step of the way, pushing you to Earn Your Armour.

Royston will give an introduction of what MMA is and his philosophy of how humans should move.

The MMA drills and body weight workouts will vary from simple to complex moves over the period of six weeks. Each session will begin with warm up, followed by a mixture of MMA drills accompanied with bodyweight workouts, mobility and movement drills and lastly cooling down.

Workout description:

Basic MMA drills and bodyweight workouts. Movements will also be introduced to address the common problems in athletes and the common people. All these incorporated will help you in your reflex, better coordination, gain strength, better mobility and better movement.

Armour @ The Bay Singapore is an initiative started by Under Armour to boost personal fitness.

Under Armour makes all athletes better. Earn Your Armour Challenge 5 provides free sessions for participants. The session will feature a specially coached session by Under Armour SG Brand Ambassador Royston Wee.
